New on the job:
Louise Bergholm appointed as Consul General in Hong Kong
Louise Bergholm currently works as a promoter at the Africa Unit of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. She has previously served as the Stockholm-based Ambassador to Bulgaria, been the Head of the Diplomatic Program, and worked as a Group Leader at the Unit for International Trade Policy and the EU Internal Market. She has also served at the embassies in Jakarta and Washington, DC.
Klas Molin appointed as Director-General of Administrative Affairs at Ministry for Foreign Affairs
He is currently leading a project for the development of the organization and working methods of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. He has previously served as Ambassador to New Delhi and Bangkok, as well as at the Embassy in Washington and the Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York. Klas Molin has also been the Head of Staffing, Head of Protocol, and Head of the Asia and Oceania Unit at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
Helena Lagerlöf appointed as Ambassador in Sarajevo
Helena Lagerlöf currently serves as the Head of the Development Unit at Sweden’s Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels. She has previously worked at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm, Sida (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency), and as a National Expert at the European Commission in Brussels.
